hmmm.i think i need to be open about it.
stop deceiving myself.
stop shutting myself up.
i needa speak.
and i need to face reality.
i hope this isn't complusive.
and i don't know the consequences.
all i know now is-
if this carries on.
i'll never be able to bring myself up with confidence again.
and i'll feel guilty.
