i think i know how 'wind' gets 'blown' into your tummy.try sucking a black pearl up the large straw when drinking a cup of bubble tea when you have finished the tea.
you end up swallowing a whole lot of air together with your food.
then your tummy gets cold.
...
people in the past never had much of a problem probably because they never used straws or even if they did, they wouldn't do what we love to do- hoping to suck in the last few tiny drops of our favourite drink that is at the far corner of the cup.
be good if you dont wish to get a tummyache.
don't suck in air together with food.
